COVID-19 UPDATE JUNE 2021

We all are experiencing delays in shipping from the Worldwide Covid-19 Pandemic. Orders may be delayed response and shipping during this time. We are working swiftly as possible to ensure everyone gets their orders completed and express shipped. All shipping times are estimates and can expect up long periods for deliveries. Please contact if you would like any updates after or prior to ordering.

Ordering and Payments

​

Orders processed are 128 bit SSL secured stated with the green icon in checkout.

Credit Card payments will require verification and ID before order is processed.

Paypal transactions are by their separate laws. N Garage is charged a percentage for each Paypal transaction and therefore any cancellations/funds will occur fees. See Returns and Warranty’s.

Orders processed with payment are a first come, first serve. Backorders that cannot be sent within an appropriate time frame, customer will be notified of delay and the order will be held until all parts for the order is fulfilled for shipment. Unless an agreement to ship partly by the purchaser for a nominal fee each shipment.

Shipping and Handling

​

Orders are processed same day and usually confirmed with a tracking number once shipped. Allow up to 2 business days for processing.  The buyer must notify for special delivery arrangements. All orders are subject to a tracking number. If the tracking number states it has been delivered then order is complete.

Additional shipping charges may apply for large orders requiring special transport and or to remote areas. International shipping may also be subject to additional charges due to size and weight to particular Zoned regions. All orders have a 12pm daily drop time and are checked in for freight at that time. Tracking numbers will be issued after check in receipt is received. 

N Garage takes no responsibility for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by Buyer. Please check your details before purchasing.  All items that cannot be delivered due to locked gate or unattended at attempt delivery are subject to additional costs. Please check for notification cards in the letterbox or at your local post office for missed parcels using your ID and tracking numbers. For further assurance of delivered items please request Authority to Leave, which requires an signature on delivery for this will prevent theft and be certain the correct person receives item, though N Garage will not be responsible for any items mishandled.

N Garage carefully packaged all goods with appropriate boxes and wrap. If items are delivered damaged please take photo evidence before you sign or accept from courier. Then forward evidence to the carrier and N Garage iimmediately within 2 business days. Items will be re issued upon a claim. Any damaged or lost goods after 2 business days of receiving will not be accounted for if claim has not been lodged. If unable to replace items, N Garage will offer refund once claim is processed.

Pricing

​

All prices, discounts, promo coupons, freight are subject to change without notice. N Garage are based on Australian dollar exchange and buyer is to beware of their countries exchange rate. N Garage is not responsible for any errors, misprints, glitches and Stock exchange. N Garage reserves the right to cancel orders that have such errors. N Garage reserve the right to price match based on Manufacturers Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP). Price matching is not valid with any specials or discounts.

 

Returns and Warranty

It is buyer responsibility to ensure the items or parts they are purchasing are correct item or fitment. Incorrectly ordered will not be refunded. Any agreed returns will occur a 25% restocking fee. Incorrect parts supplied by N Garage will be rectified when incorrect items have been returned. Cancellations will be subject to PayPal and or administrative fees from 5% to 25%.

N Garage will accept warranty returns though manufacturer from the buyer upon agreement prior to returning. Warranty does not cover incorrectly installed, misused, modified or not used for intended purposes. Please check the part on fitment before installing as warranty will not cover misuse of parts. Defective parts replaced/refunded once manufacturer approves the claim. However it is up to the manufacturer of a replacement/refund and N Garage cannot guarantee manufacturer’s decision, nor is N Garage is liable for any declined decisions. Buyer is liable for shipping returns for returns on warranty claims.

Returns and Warranty agreements also apply for international buyers.

If Buyer is unsure of the right part for their car please discuss with N Garage before buying.

Legality and Car Warranty

All items/parts are not legal for road use unless stated ADR Approved in the description. It is on the Buyer to check within their state laws and regulations. Aftermarket performance parts void new car warranty in most cases unless stated in the description. Buyer is to check with their new warranty if parts are accepted under new car warranty conditions. N Garage is not liable for the descriptive information on the product.

All aftermarket parts are at the Buyers own risk. Motorsport and Performance Parts are dangerous and will be the buyers own risk to use products from N Garage on the track and road. N Garage will not be held responsible for any police matters, defects, breakages, repairs, injuries or death resulting in an incorrect OR correctly fitted product supplied or installed by N Garage.

Please obey road laws, drive safely and consider others on the road at all times.
